Growing up with a head full of unruly, tangle-prone curls was a constant source of frustration for me and my mother, who dedicated her Sundays to washing, detangling, and styling my hair.

While I have grown to love my curly hair, its upkeep demands time and attention that I do not have. I desperately sought the aid of chemical straighteners, which yielded impressive results and helped me cut my hair styling time in half. However, many of the products I encountered contained harmful carcinogens, such as formaldehyde, which irritates the skin and poses serious health risks.

That's why I created KareRoutine, a line of organically formulated Brazilian treatments fortified with keratin. I wanted to provide women with a solution that would not only give them the sleek, smooth hair they desired but also promote healthy hair and eliminate the need for harsh chemical treatments.
